This is the Ikea Tertial work lamp. The stand is a poor design, but you can save it when the clamp fails. I found these book shelf pins at a local hardware store and these things snap perfectly in place. There's a good number of these lamps discarded at local thrift shops like Goodwill®, but you can refurbish these easily by replacing them with daylight LED lamps.
